The french candidate made miracles behind in his competition kitchen, winning the 14th edition of the Bocuse d’Or. More than 2 000 supporters attended to his victory during the final in Lyon. This prestigious gastronomic contest, created by Paul Bocuse in 1987, takes place every 2 years and awards the best chef among 24 candidates from five continents.
