THE COMPETITION DATES ARE NOW KNOWN!

The draw relating to the competition dates has just been announced to the 24 participating countries. Each team knows now which day they will compete. It is the Icelandic candidate Sigurgur Haraldsson who will have the honour to open the ball, on Tuesday, January 29th, 2013.

The announcement of the running orders is much awaited  by the teams. On this depends their psychological preparation, the time when each candidate will enter the box and begin their 5 h 35 of intensive cooking. But it is mostly the fans who are impatient to know the running orders, to follow more closely their favorite candidate in the 2013 Bocuse d’Or.
